"No more slipping and sliding on my front steps thanks to Jim Cope. He designed an overhang for my front porch that I was told several times that it would be to difficult to construct. The skill with which he designed the new cover looks as though it has been a part of the house from the beginning. He is so easy to work with and tries very hard to please. He is very fair in his pricing as well. He works very quickly, and efficiently. And I am overjoyed with the final result. And the beauty of it all is he did it for his 2nd Grade teacher!!!"

"My home was in need of some TLC and Jim was just the guy to give it what it needed. After all of the repairs and the major facelift that he did, my property came out beautiful. He's genuinly insightful and easy to work with, and for all that he did for the money,we got a great deal. Couldn't give anyone a higher recomendation. "Jim is awesome at what he does.He came into my townhome and after a short conversation,he had an unbelievable perspective of how to renovate the place. He not only redesigned everything,but also hand drew the plans and obtained all the needed paperwork for the permits. My kitchen ,livingroom,bathroom,and master bedroom are beautiful, way beyond what I expected it to be. He is probably one of the best designers I have ever seen, and his work is empecable. I don't think I could give any other contractor a better rating, I wish you had more than a 5 star rating here,because he would get an easy 10!! Wonderful to work with and did an outstanding job !!!!"
